Sylvia Simko Linda Sweet
sylviaSylvia Simko started her own business in her native Argentina dealing in the import and distribution of dental and medical equipment and supplies. She also served as President of the Friends of Tel Aviv University in Argentina attaining a sizable increment in Argentine donors for that university. For the past 25 years, Sylvia has been a member of the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University and has been granted an Honorary Fellowship in recognition of her work and commitment. Sylvia currently serves as President of the Lee County Chapter of Hadassah. lindasweetLinda Sweet has been a resident of Lee County for over thirty years. She has actively served on boards and committees to improve public school education, to increase awareness of the arts and to support and raise funds for local charitable organizations. Linda is a long time member of Hadassah, currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Temple Beth, El in Fort Myers and is the Chairperson for the First Annual Distinguished Nurse Recognition Program, "The Rose of Care"... a community project sponsored by Hadassah.
Laura Brennaman RN,MSN,CEN Carol E. Davis Phd, RN
lauraLaura Brennaman has been employed as a Registered Nurse for 25 years. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse and a Certified Instructor in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and courses in Emergency Nurse Pediatrics and Trauma Nurse Core. Previous employment roles in facilities in Lee County and the Kansas City area include Critical Care Clinical Educator, Emergency Department Clinical Manager, Critical Care Staff Nurse, Emergency Department Staff Nurse/Charge Nurse and Utilization Management Coordinator. Laura is currently employed at Health Park Medical Center as Clinical Educator for Emergency Services. carolDr. Carol E. Davis earned her MS and BS degrees from the University of Utah and her PhD from Case Western Reserve University. Her professional positions include Founding Director, Florida Gulf Coast University School of Nursing, Founding Director, Weber State University Baccalaureate Nursing Program; Department Chair, University of South Carolina College of Nursing and Director of Community Services, University of Utah College of Nursing. Dr. Davis has held numerous positions as Chair and/or member of professional and community local, regional and statewide boards and committees.
Rhoda Ehrreich, RN,ARNP,PA,MSN Linda L. Brown, MSN,ARNP
rhodaRhoda Ehrreich has been employed as a Nurse Practitioner in the field of adult medicine for over 20 years. she is Nationally Certified as both a Nurse Practitioner and a Physician Assistant. Rhoda has served as the Chairperson for Advanced Practice Nurses of Southwest Florida for four years and is presently employed as a clinical consultant for a professional group of experts in drug regulation and development. lindaLinda Brown has practiced nursing in Florida for 27 years and is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is an active member of the Florida Nurses Association serving on the Foundation board. Linda was recently elected as a Trustee of American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board and currently serves in the Southwest Florida Medical Reserve Corps. Linda is currently serving Lee County on the Lee Memorial Hospital Board. She has been elected to her second four year term and has chaired this board for the past four years. Linda is currently employed at Hope Hospice and volunteers on medical mission trips to Latin America and Africa.
Deanna R. Pearlmutter, RN, Ed. D Kelly McWilliams
deannaDr. Deanna Pearlmutter has had a distinguished career in nursing with experience in nursing service, nursing education and nursing research. Both of her graduate degrees, a Masters Degree in Education and a Doctorate in Education, are from Teacher's College, Columbia University where she has been inducted into the Nursing Hall of Fame. Dr. Pearlmutter is a speaker and author on the local, state, national, and international levels and has been the recipient of numerous awards, Dr. Pearlmutter is a member of the Board of Hadassah National Center for Nurses' Councils and the International Advisory Board. kellyKelly McWilliams was born and raised in Florida and has been a resident of Lee County since 1997. Kelly studied small business administration at International College while working as an accountant at the Ruth Cooper Center. She left the accounting field to pursue her interests in event planning. She is the sole owner of Weddings by Socialites, a wedding planning and design business. Kelly is married and the mother of two young daughters.
